Consultation

During our first exploratory conversation, we'll discuss where you feel stuck in your life, where you'd like to go from here, and what the goal of our work together is. If we both feel that we can work together, we'll go over the process in detail and agree on how to proceed.
Access Bars® class

Are you ready to change everything you thought you knew about your life?
The Access Bars® course is a hands-on training where, over the course of about 6–7 hours, you'll give 2 sessions and receive 2 sessions. If you've tried it before, you know what a 1-hour-and-15-minute session can do.
Upon completing the course, you'll become an officially registered Access Bars® practitioner, which entitles you to work as a practitioner and charge for your services, as well as organize exchanges.
Access Bars® session

Access Bars is a method based on gentle touch that has been proven to relieve anxiety, reduce stress, and put the brain into a state similar to that of prolonged meditation.
This process allows you to access lightness, peace, joy, and that part of yourself you know exists deep within — all with almost no effort.
Based on my own experience, it may be effective in alleviating symptoms of ADHD and childhood Tourette-syndrome, and it promotes easier concentration, thereby facilitating easier learning.
Access Facelift® session

Access Facelift® is a gentle, hands-on energy treatment that focuses on the face, neck, and head. The method aims to support natural renewal processes while releasing stress related to aging, emotional burdens, and limiting perspectives.
The practitioner uses gentle touches to activate the energetic processes that can promote natural cellular regeneration, skin elasticity, and physical relaxation.
The treatment can not only have a positive effect on the appearance of the face but can also help release ingrained beliefs and tensions related to aging.
As a result, many people experience a deeper sense of calm, lightness, and balance.

One-on-one facilitation

Deep down, do you know that something else is possible, that there is something beyond this everyday reality? That somewhere out there lies lightness, joy, and so many other possibilities?
Facilitation is not counseling. It's a process through which you realize that you have the tools to change any situation—whether it involves relationships, money, work, or "just" everyday life.
What would it be like to walk out the door knowing that your life will never again be the same as it was before this session?
